Terms & Conditions
- The customer explicitly waives his own terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these terms and conditions of sale. To be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed in writing and in advance.
- Our invoices can be paid within 21 business days, unless another payment term is indicated on the invoice or order. In the event of non-payment on the due date, ETHERIT SL reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the amount remaining to be paid. ETHERIT SL will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior notice in the event of late payment.
- If a payment remains outstanding for more than sixty (60) days after the due date, ETHERIT SL reserves the right to resort to the services of a debt collection company. All legal expenses will be borne by the client.
- Some countries apply withholdings at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. In no case is ETHERIT SL involved in costs related to the legislation of a country. Therefore, the invoice amount will be owed to ETHERIT SL in its entirety and does not include any costs related to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
- For customers with a global presence, applicable pricing is always based on the location of the customer with the highest price list, unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase.
- Monthly Subscriptions are only available for Cloud Platform hosting (Odoo SaaS and Odoo SH). Payment for Monthly Subscriptions can only be made by credit card or a supported equivalent automatic debit method. ETHERIT SL reserves the right to reject any Monthly Subscription that does not comply with these conditions.

ETHERIT SL undertakes to do everything possible to provide the services within the agreed period. However, none of its obligations can be considered an obligation to obtain results. ETHERIT SL cannot, under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of a claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
- In order for ETHERIT SL to be admissible, it must be notified of any claim by a letter sent by certified mail to its registered office within 8 days of delivery of the goods or provision of the services.
- All contractual relationships will be governed exclusively by Spanish law.
